Mariah Dylla Gardiner Has the Experience You Need

Over the years, Mariah Dylla Gardiner has shown herself to be a tireless advocate for her clients. She has a lot of trial experience and she seems to thrive when confronted with the most challenging cases possible. Mariah Dylla Gardiner has a lot of education to draw upon. When she was still in high school, she published an article for the prestigious Concord Review entitled “Criminal Justice.” She then earned an undergraduate degree in French from Portland State University, cum laude. She received her Juris Doctor from the S.J. Quinney College of Law from the University of Utah. While there, she also received the Frankel Public Interest Fellowship.

She also has advocated for women’s rights in various parts of the developing world. She has rapporteur status to the United Nation and she has conducted research and written on issues regarding post-colonial feminism in West Africa. Mariah Dylla has a large range of experience during her law career. A member of both the Utah and Colorado Bars, as well as the El Paso and Douglas County (Colorado) Bar Associations, and Colorado Women’s Bar Association, she clerked for an administrative law judge in the U.S. Department of the Interior and she has worked alongside both appellate and felony attorneys on difficult constitutional defense issues. She has handled cases in many courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court and her trial experience includes both sides of cases, including the defense and the prosecution in her functions as Assistant District Attorney in New Mexico, and in her own private defense practice.
